This is so pretty and really well carved , it sits perfectly on the little wooden trunk. It makes a charming and different ornament. Really lovely.

Yeah, this is cute. I love how it sits on the tree trunk by itself and is not glued down but rely on the weight in the bottom of it to sit sturdy.Would make a wonderful little gift for the bird lover.

Wooden hand made bird which is fairly simplistic in style and rustic in finish - based on an American Robin.It comes with a stand, also made of wood, which is decorated to represent a birch-like tree branch. The bird simply sits on top of this with no fixing.For £14.99 at time of review, I feel that it is not solid enough (light wood used) and the carving is a bit too rustic for my liking to warrant the cost. For a bird lover and collector of anything related might enjoy the colourful design

Cute little wooden bird. Arrives packaged as 2 parts - bird and log stand. The bird simply balances on the stand, which means it can be used independently of the stand.Piercing, lifelike beady eyes. Nicely finished. Would be nice as a set of birds too. Size shown on photos.

A cute little ornament for bird lovers. The bird and log are separate, they could be glued together to make it more secure. The whole thing is quite simply done and it’s very lightweight but still lovely nonetheless. I think it would be good to have a few different birds in a group rather than just the one. I’d also quite like to know where it was made - I couldn’t find any information on this.

Lovely wooden bird, Very nice design and well made, good quality paintwork, so far seems made to last a few years, brings a smile even on a dull day.Placed it in my living room and it look adorable, Have had nice compliments and giggles, treated like one of the family.

This is a cute little bird ornament that is carved from wood, but is very light. The carving is acceptable rather than accomplished and it is rough in places, visibly so on one side of the bird’s face where it really needed to be sanded before being painted. The shape is good and the beak looks like a beak should. It comes with a small cylindrical piece of wood, fashioned to look like a small trunk although the bird just rests on it and doesn’t have a peg to hold it in place.It looks good from a distance and is a nice stocking filler, but bear in mind that the finish may not be great close up.
