A useul pack for any pumping mum to have. The right flange size is so important for pain free, efficient pumping. Most women do NOT fit the standard 24mm or 28mm flange most pumps come with so measuring is so important to succeed! This set comes with both a cardboard and rubber nipple ruler which is fantastic, I appreciate the rubber ruler so much more as nipples are soft and sensitive and I'm afraid of papercuts with the cardboard ones! I have recommended the same set to my pregnant friends too.

I’ve seen reviews that this doesn’t fit the spectra. It does fit provided you’ve purchased the 24mm flanges that aren’t included with the pump (they provide 28mm flanges which is utterly useless for most). It’s a bit tight but it definitely works.

Really helped with my destroyed nipples.After trying to breastfeed I had no choice to pump instead. These really helped my tommytippe pump actually fit to my nipple rather than just pump air. I don’t use anymore as I’ve switched to electric pump now but manual definitely gets more milk out. I just can’t cope with the pain and having to pump it myself but I am going back once my nips have healed from the past trauma.Trauma not caused from manual pumping.Great product really good quality and saved me from having to stop pumping!

I wish I knew about this before. They come in various sizes and the quality is great. It fits perfectly in the pump. I use a spectra and it made my life easy I didn't know what size to go for. Pumping was a lot of pain and this instantly made a big difference. These should be added as a necessary add-on with every pump.

Have been using these inserts with the electric Lansinoh pump flanges (25mm) and they fit really well.Has made pumping a lot more comfortable.

It’s definitely helps. I haven’t realised that my breast pump flange didn’t fit me correctly at first. It’s handy that you have few sizes to try.I find my expression become more comfortable as my nipples not going inside my 24mm flange! Plus I have noticed I can express a bit more milk!

I don't use these personally, but I'm told they've made the act of pumping now tollerable.Why the original pump makers can't just include something like this to accomodate that not everyone will fit the standard size I don't know!But it's great that these are avaiable.They're easy to keep clean.However it does seem a bit of a waste to have to order so many different sizes in one pack when you only need one set, but being able to try different ones is a bonus.

Doesn't fit in their own pumps even though advertised to do so and non returnable. Waste of money.
