These worked beautifully with my cakes after removing the cakes from the refrigerator. I would freeze or refrigerate cakes or pies before using.

I got this items to cook Japanese pancakes, the description say that you can bake them.I tried to used them for my pancakes but the mold sticks the batter. I grease them as much as I could and still the batter got stuck on the rim.I really like the rings, they are sturdy and really good quality, I just wish I could do my pancakes on them since I got them for that reason.

Bought for my granddaughter, the set was just what she wanted and immediately made mousse to use the set.
