Simple to use, very loud, reusable:I ordered this product to keep in my car to use during emergencies. The problem with most airhorns is they don't last very long, however with this unit you get to use it as much as you'd like. The airhorn is very simple to assemble and comes in a convenient little plastic carrying bag. Once assembled, the unit is simple to operate and does get very loud (as a precaution, you might want to wear ear protection when trying). The horn is definitely loud enough to be heard from quite a distance, and doesn't require any electricity to use, making it ideal for emergency situations where you are stranded somewhere or otherwise want to be heard.Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend.

Most air horms I've seen have the horn attached to a canister filled with gas...push a button and your ears ring. This air horn is quite loud and the canister is hand filled with air. When you push the knob on the bottom up...be prepared for a sonic assault.The entire system seems well constructed and it works well. While the air filled canisters work more easily, you have to replace those containers when the air is used up, while with this one...as long as you can move the knob on the bottom up and down...you will get a loud horn noise.I know people use these at sporting events, but we're using this as a heads up in a loud yard I work in and it works great. A couple of blasts and everyone knows to look around for a vehicle entering the yard.Simple and well made and works great...and inexpensive to boot.
