Item is exactly as described and as I expected it to be. Looks like good quality. I have not had to use this product yet and hopefully there won’t be a time where I have to, though it is nice to have just in case.

These will definitely work in an emergency or for teaching. The needle is quite large on all sizes of the sutures, I find that frustrating. Smaller needles for smaller sutures would make more sense.

My husband is very anti doctor and we have farm animals so we bought these for those "just in case" moments. they seem to be of good quality and packaged in their own individual sterile packages. Luckily we haven't had to use them just yet but from what i can tell they will be easy to use and the assortment of needles sizes is exactly what we were looking for.

This "training kit" saved me from a very large wound opening that was very painful that I was afraid would get infected due to the area it was in (private area) making it impossible to put a big Band-Aid without it falling right off, wrap dressings without them twisting and hurting the area, so I remember I had this and my wife used the thin 05 silk to completely sew it up after cleaning everything and now it's healing very well! At first we tried the poly but it was very rough and poked into me down there so we removed it and changed it over to the silk which is so soft and feels like it's not even there. This is a great kit for real time emergencys. It helped me out very much. I'm happy with it overall : )
