Ive used it for years, I add in my smoothies, tea 😂 when it's warm not hot, in water, yoghut etc I use this daily, ive tried other whey products but this to me is outstanding, I use it as a prep or post workout

Always my first choice and got good results . It’s been year am using and stick with it.

This powder gave me an upset stomach with the first dose, as well as diarrhoea. I persisted taking it for a few days in case it settled but did not. Then tried to halve the dose, again, no joy. I have been taking protein powders for years, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Also, the end product after mixing does not mix properly, ending up with a lumpy mixture tasting of what I assume dust tastes like. Not impressed, so never again!!!
