Arrived plastic case broken
Plastic case busted. All drill bits rattling around inside the envelope packaging. When I pick up the case the bits all fall out so no way to safely store them.

The metal used for the extractor was pretty soft and could not extract the screw. Threads on extractor showed signs of premature wear. Had to return.
