I recommend this product because it’s an excellent pre-workout powder, that offers three major things. It includes some creatine, no Stevia, no sucralose, no monk fruit, no erythritol. No sugar alcohols are other nasty sweeteners with bitter after taste. Just a little bit of natural cane sugar to take the edge off. Just the right amount of caffeine. My only complaint could we please have either a shorter container, or a scoop with a longer handle it gets very hard as you use up the product to get your hand down into the bottom to scoop out what you need. My only negative. Well done negative energy

First, it works! However, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted something quite like it in my life. Heed this warning: The flavor is hard to describe, but you are first greeted with what I imagine is the flavor of liquid cardboard. That flavor slowly intensifies, and just when you can’t take anymore and pray that the flavor will mellow, it grows stronger and more offensive. Imagine having Bigfoot‘s sock, balled up in your mouth. Eventually, you just want a new mouth. In my heart, I know that this is organic because of the taste. Otherwise, this would be quite the cruel joke.

Highly recommend! I’ve been trying to find something without the sucralose and dyes in it. Now it doesn’t taste great but it’s not HORRIBLE and I cannot stand the taste of any normal pre work outs so this is a win in my book. Give me all the energy I need for my workout or even cleaning the whole house LOL I recommend

This pre workout gives the boost you need but doesn’t make my heart rate go crazy like other brands. And when you’re coming down from the caffeine high, it’s not a sudden drop. I love this stuff and the better ingredients it has!

I have tried many pre-workouts in the past 3 years, maybe I’m sensitive but all of them have given me dry mouth or made me feel more tired due to additives. This is the first one that I have not encountered any problems. Also….does anyone have a go to song when they take this? I find myself listening to very specific songs that I don’t listen to on a regular.

I am looking for a clean pre workout. I give this a 3 because it is just ok. Compared to my previous clean pre workout, it doesn’t compare. For reference I am a 39 yo female. The taste isn’t terrible but it isn’t great, it tastes watered down, which is better than being over powering and the energy effects are minor. I added more to my water than it called for and it was still just ok. I do know all people are different and their bodies react differently to different substances so it may be worth a try, but I can say my previous pre workout was better.

Great stuff, gives me energy and I would give it 5 stars if they made one change. I just have one request, PLEASE REPLACE THE FOLIC ACID with methylfolate! I would gladly pay a little more for this product if it contained methylfolate since that is natural and not synthetic like folic acid. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
