I ordered this pillow after my rotator cuff surgery. It has a velcro strap so the pillow won't need to be held and won't slide off. It stays comfortably under the arm. It can be used for the left or right arm. The pillow has a pocket on each side for your phone, airpods or the TV remote. I took this pillow to my dental appointment, so that my arm would have support.

i liked the softness and not too long as I'm 5 feet. i didn't like the pocket as it wasn't set where I could rest my hand. I see there are more expensive ones that had a handle to hold on to.

I didn't expect much. But this pillow is just what I needed after my rotator cuff surgery. While sitting and watching TV I where it like in the picture. It also has 2 pockets that I can put small things in, Like my cell phone next dose of medicine, small snack ect.. At night I need to prop it up to avoid pain so I lay it flat and it is the right height.

I kept it because I’m having surgery this week but it is stuffed with big chunky pieces of foam which doesn’t seem to support my arm at all.

I loved the purple color pillow!
