This laptop is awesome. It has a high spec and does all I want, and now I don't need to carry around a separate laptop bag. The battery life is good and the processor plenty fast enough for my use, which doesn't include gaming, so I can't comment on that.I notice another review says that their unit was "DOA". You have to hold the power button for a few seconds to activate it and also the charger has to be a laptop type USB C capable of delivering 20v. An iphone or ipad chager wont do. I suspect that this was their problem.For the price, this is an incredible machine. I am very happy with it!

TLDR - Great hardware, but questionable OS installation... If you want one, then buy barebones!First off the box is well made, it feels high quality, the N100 CPU is a fantastic choice - I have several mini PC's with this that I use as servers - In addition, it includes a good stylus.Unfortunately, the once I switched the box on, things got a little less positive. Rather than booting into the Windows 11 set-up, it booted directly to the desktop. This is concerning, as it means the Windows installation is not "clean", i.e. somebody has had access to it, and installed additional software, which is unwanted and potentially dangerous.To be clear, I'm NOT suggesting the seller or manufacturer installed something nefarious, but i can't be 100% certain... it was only a few months ago when it was discovered, that a 3rd-party who was contracted to install the OS's, was also install crypto-miners - so at minimum this is a very amateur mistake, and whilst I could re-install Windows from an ISO, I expect better when spending over £500.

I was most disappointed to return this laptop as it was exactly what I was lookig for. After excitedly opening the package my excitement didn't last long. The main problem was it just wouldn't switch on. Also any attempt to charge it resulted in nothing, no indication that it was being charged. It came with a non-uk charger and the tiny useless user guide referred to Windows 10 when it as supposed to be windows 11. Nowhere is there a link where support is avaiable. For such an expensive item it was a massive let down. Perhaps I was unlucky as the specification is outstanding but it's no use if it doesnt work.
