Great sous vide bags, much better than even brand name Ziplock.Very reusable, and easy to clean.Not overly think so they conform to food great.Customer service is amazing, on of my bags ended up springing a leak, and they were more than happy to help me to get the problem resolved (replacement shipped)I am very happy to find a good supplier on Amazon.

I purchased 2 brands at the same time, and found these to be the better bags becuase they are thinner, so water displacement seals the food off better. They also seem a bit easier to clean than the others, though I'm not sure why. The catch - there are small holes at the top, evidently for fastners to close the bags up. But they don't include fastners. The other brand I bought included silicone fastners (sort of like zipties, but in silicone). While they shouldn't be needed, I get nervous about the bags slipping, thus letting water in to the tops. So I used twisty ties to keep the bags secure. I'd prefer a reusable tie that should be included with the bags. But overall, I liked the thinness, both for sealing the food and because I can then drape the edges of the bag over my containter and still fit a lid (Also silicone) on, which helps secure the bags while preventing too much evaporation, which can be a problem in my dry climate.

Exactly as described. Came quick, very thin so should be pretty much the same as vacuum bag without all the single use plastic. I bought the extra large and large bags. Extra large is huge and in use in the pictures, large is maybe 1/2 gal, not sure but good size. They don't pass the stretch test, but I am not convinced that is relevant. They are currently sous viding a nice stew for me at 185 deg for 24 hours, easy to clean and no worries of plastics from zip lock or vac bags getting into food. Magnets are super strong and hold tight through my plastic container and both layers of the extra large bag.
