This review refers only to the upgraded version of this pillow. While the AI summary of these reviews claimed that the pillow was too hard or too firm. I find just the opposite. It's comfy and cushy and not too thick–for me it's just perfect. I had to return another lumbar support pillow that was rock hard, but it's not the case with this. I'm so pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this back support pillow based on reviews and need for posture support. Good quality, if not suspended higher on the chair works great too. The strap around the back of the chair no matter how tight,pillow will slide down. Pillow works for posture and comfortable up against your back. I would buy again

This product is great. I was worried when it came compressed as ive had bad luck in the past with vacuum packed things like this, but it was no issue. Pillow is nice and soft, and the correct shape i was looking for without hurting my back. Definitley would recommend.

If you have lower back pain as I have you will be shocked at how great this cushion is for your back. I simply love it.

The cushion is too thick, it feels uncomfortable when driving. I had to push the seat back, but my hands were far away from the steering wheel

This is the most bizarre thing. It looks nothing like the picture. It arrives rolled up in a box and doesnt unroll and take the shape of the cushion in the photo. The fabric cover is loose, as if it is made for a completely different cushion of a larger shape and size. It in no way resembles even the shape of the backrest in the picture. I've never seen anything like this. It is completely useless. I would describe it as being a shapeless lumpy blob. I'm sorry I have to spend my time trying to return it.
