The Ironsurge 37-47” is a very well made, high quality and solid pull-up bar. For extra peace of mind, I placed mine in the hallway, above the trim on 2 doors. I believe if it was installed just on the drywall, according to the instructions provided, that it would also be very secure. It is easy to adjust and, once set in place, it stays in place. The resistance bands and handles are a very nice bonus and they, too, are very high quality. I am not yet able to do pull-ups but I do frequently just hang from the bar, to help decompress my spine which offers relief for a while. I leave the bar in place so that it’s ready whenever I feel the need for a hang. At the time of my purchase, a Free travel size bar was offered as a bonus with the purchase of either the medium or large size bar, making it an exceptional value. I would definitely recommend this bar for anyone wanting a good pull-up bar.

I’m very happy with this pull-up bar. It’s easy to install and remove, the materials feel high-quality, and it’s sturdy and secure during workouts. It easily supports my husband’s weight (88 kg / 194 lbs) without any issues. I originally got it for daily back stretches since I have a desk job, but now I’m motivated to build enough strength for real pull-ups. My toddler son also loves joining me for pretend exercises with the resistance bands, which makes our workouts even more fun. The bonus gift was a great surprise. Can’t wait to explore all the new training options!

Better than i expected

It worked correctly for a month and locked in place, but now the internal thread seems to be damaged. When I twist it to extend and tighten, it just keeps spinning and never locks or applies pressure.

This bar is super good quality, easy to set and made from good materials. 100% recommended!

This is a great monkey bar/ exercise bar for your exercise and it doesn’t need to be on the top of door frame like most others . You can hook it in anywhere on the door or in the studs in the hallway. My kids loved it as I am making it fit for their height. The stuff has been there for 3 weeks in our door and we have no issues.

Used it for a few weeks and felt alright , until it slipped off the wall while I was using it. I only weigh 155 so I'm not a heavy dude, I didn't hurt myself thankfully but this was the very last time I put my trust in doorway or wall mounted pull up bars. They just aren't meant for long term use. I had it on super tight between 2 studs in the walls so I was extra sure it was sturdy and it still lost its grip

La barra es de muy buena calidad, se fija muy bien a los marcos de las puertas y no se mueve nada al utilizarla. Pero casi 100kg y se siente muy segura. El envío fue muy tardado, fuera de eso vale mucho la pena.
