If you follow the Keto lifestyle, you know how tough it is to find quick on the go items to drop in your bag for those hunger moments on the go. These are perfect for that. I do suggest packing them in a plastic baggie as they can get an oil residue on the outside of the packaging.FLAVOR - As expected, wonderful. My 11 year loves them, I think they are scrumptious, and the husband (not yet a Keto fan) says they taste like butter. (Still trying to figure out how that is a bad thing) :)TEXTURE - They are a little gritty, like a protein powder mixed with cookie dough. They can get a little stick in the mouth while eating but nothing like the bars that are fig and date based. Typically they melt in your mouth like a lofty sugar cookie.PRICE - Elsewhere you are going to pay more, Amazon is the best price. That's if you can find them. The only place I saw them besides the Bulletproof website was Whole Foods. The Bulletproof products hands down are more expensive then anything comparable BUT the comparable items really don't measure up.SATISFING - These bars really are satisfying and will curb those pesky cravings for something sweet. They fill you up much like a "Bulletproof Coffee"I have tried all sorts of bars, either way high in CARBS or taste is horrible. I highly recommend the Bulletproof bars.

I've purchased this product in the past and it has always been solid. Unfortunately, a newly delivered batch is both stale and rancid - leaving a horrid aftertaste. These bars have always been a bit crumbly - though truly tasty. I checked the date and the product is still within the window. Not sure what happened to Bulletproof bars, but for this price, I'll not risk it again.

They are really good! And they do not spike my glucose. Was worried they would be like cardboard but they are soft, dense texture and taste really good!

Great product love the ingredients!!

First off, I am writing because I love the Lemon Bars! But, the reason I was compelled to write this is because I have ordered these three times. The first time, I loved them. It was truly like eating a healthy lemon cookie! The second time, there was a weird taste, but I finished them because they are pricey and it wasn't horrible, just not as great as the first time. I was pondering whether to order them again when the best thing happened. My husband gave me a box that had been delivered to our house from Bulletproof. I was instantly angry, because I figured they put me on an auto shipment plan without my ok. I opened the box to find a letter, a box of lemon cookies, and a pound of bulletproof coffee. The letter explained that they felt the taste of their last batch of lemon cookies was not up to par. Therefore, they proactively sent a free box to everyone that had ordered from that batch, and a pound of coffee as a Thank you and apology. I was floored. I ate that box and then ordered another. They were both DELICIOUS! Thank you to Bulletproof's great customer service, I will continue ordering from them and have told everyone I know about this story!

The taste (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) was fine, but the texture of the bar was terrible. It was chalky and crumbly. I guess my expectation was a more dense, chewy bar. I'm not sure if the product is designed this way or maybe the result of sitting in an Amazon warehouse for an extended period of time. I double checked to verify the expiration date was still good. The actual size of the bar is pretty small as well. While not completely surprised by this, it was none-the-less a little disappointing in relation to the calories.

I love the ingredients and the nutrition stats on these bars. The initial taste is very nutty from the cashew butter and the cashew meal which I love. But they are very oily and there is a strange aftertaste that almost reminds me of sour milk that is just unpleasant. I really wanted to love these but didn't.

Taste great as far as keto bars go. Hits the spot when I'm craving carbs.
