Ok, let me start by saying I was skeptical about this. I've tried serums and they don't seem to work well, but I’ve been using this hair loss serum with the metal ball applicator for a week now, and I’m honestly surprised by how much I like it. The metal ball applicator is a bit weird, but feels nice rolling on my scalp to apply. I think there's been some growth, or at least my hair feels thicker. It doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy, so that's always a plus. They say it's best used over 2-4 weeks to really see some changes, so I'm going to keep going at it and hope my hair, especially my part, looks like the pictures shown. And it’s getting there! So excited!

The serum is incredibly easy to apply, and I haven't noticed any greasy residue on my pillow from leaving it in my hair overnight. The serum absorbs quickly and the roller has a nice cooling sensation on my scalp. I like everything about the serum, but I have to admit that I wish there was more serum in the container. After using it for a week and a half, the serum is almost gone, but maybe we've been using too much, so I'm not really sure. (Also, it's not cheap, so I was hoping it would last longer.) When I first got this, I noticed everything was written in Korean, so I threw the box out and struggled to figure out how to use this. Thankfully there were other reviews that mentioned English instructions on the inside, and I was able to gather from those responses how to use this. Once I figured it out, it was quite easy to use. The button can be a bit hard to push sometimes, so there were a couple of times I got too much oil because I had to click it twice, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. I really like the roller ball because I can massage the oil into my scalp without absorbing any of the oil on my fingers. I'd like to raise this higher, but the packaging just really isn't convenient for the non-Korean speaking demographic
