I was skeptical at first, but it has grown on me.I drink fruit juice every day for my blood sugar.This is more like a thick nectar, which, if you are expecting that then all is good.Shake it before you open. Really. It’s not carbonated so it won’t explode on you.

Taste great
Love this product. The juice is a mild apple flavor without the acidic punch most juices deliver. I prefer this apple juice. The flavor to sweet balance is perfect.

It has too much added sugar
It has about the same amount of added sugar as a can of coca cola. See the label and compare it to a can of coke. It totals over 70 grams of sugar per can. Tastes great but it's unhealthy.
