I got these for my fella to take as he has been takingL-Arginine for many years! So i asked him to give this brand ago.. he said there as good as the brand he has been taking for a while and highly recommends this brand also..These tablets come in a plastic pot (see photo).. however pot could be a little smaller as the pot is only half filled..He says taking L-Arginine gives him a better pump in the gym..Good price👍💪

Value for money is good and noticed no change in performance from the tablets I previously used so I guess they perform well enough. But don’t put them in a pill organiser as they just turn to powder. Seems they have to be left in the container they come in.
