Mat is great quality. Thick, sturdy, doesn't curl up. Using it for a spin bike and there’s zero movement on laminate flooring. Protects our flooring. Could also use it as an exercise mat. The thickness of the mat makes it comfortable. It rolls up for easy storage. Looks professional quality under gym equipment.

Not had a mat like this before. I was sliding around the laminate floor while performing various exercise so I purchased this mat to try and stop sliding about. It definitely works. It also lays flat and does not trip you up at the edges. In some images it looked like one of those exercise mats for ab crunches. It looked like those thick cushiony foamy mats that curl up and slide across the floor. It’s nothing like that. It’s about half that thickness and rolls straight out and lays flat and grips straight to the floor. It has a rubber texture both sides. So not only does it grip the floor, it also grips to your feet. I definitely feel safe during heavy lifts now. Very good quality and a great price. Highly recommended.

Good product and ideal for the summer house gym which I have set up. Thick enough to cope with vibration through a treadmill and cycle etc. Very pleased and speedy delivery.

Great mat to protect the floor as well as keeping the treadmill steady. Its design helps to reduce the noise created by the treadmill. It is not too bulky and is a really good size for what we needed.
