Very very helpful. Built solid, tape sticks well to the wall. Bought two. One on the wall by the bed for two reasons. One just to hold it neatly while not in use, the other to keep the air hose more manageable and higher up while in use. The second hook I stuck on the shower wall, so that after I washed the hose I could hang it there to dry.

I stuck this to my headboard and it surely made a difference. If you toss and turn at night this will keep your hose from getting twisted in your covers and prevent pulling the entire device down, which has happened to me in the past. I've found that placing it higher up helps keep the hose out of your way and also takes the tension off a hanging hose. Sleeping is better because the mask stays in place with the reduced tension. It's easy to place and will fit anywhere with a flat surface. Very inexpensive way to manage and hang your hose and head piece whether in use or not.

I hooked it around the hardware on my bed. Works good. Worth it but, you need something to hang it on or use adhesive on back.

My Husband and I both use a C-PAP. This is a very handy way of keeping both the mask and hose secure. We placed it on the back of our door and it allows our hose to drain and air dry the mask after cleaning. We highly recommend it.
