This scarf is beautiful in its colors. It also came in a nice little gift envelope box. It's soft, but also has a dull side which I read means it's satin and not silk as advertised. It also bunched up when pulling it through a ring. I am sending it back because I really want silk.

This package didn’t come with a tester strip so I had to improvise and cut small pieces off to test and it pass it’s real mulberry silk I also compared it to my mulberry silk pillowcase and it felt the same so if ur in doubt don’t worry about the thinness it’s real breathable silk

This is a truly lovely scarf. The pattern is so complex it could go with anything and not clash. It’s also super fun to look at, I’m always discovering new elements in it. It’s genuine silk, I tested a thread with the burn test. It is satin weave, not twill. That means it’s a little better suited to wearing as a scarf, it can slip if you try to wear it over your hair. I would love to see more designs by this artist, they’re so intricate and creative!

UPDATE TO REVIEW: I want to revise this review to a 4-Star (losing one because of the color.) I left the scarf out and over time the wrinkles fell out and the feel improved greatly. Also the company offered me a refund, which I did not accept, because I had worn the scarf and had kept it. With a little more caution about color, I would buy from this company again. 1-26-2024This is a pretty scarf. BUT it is not "sky blue" although it has blue in it. It has an amazing amount of wrinkles, and who wants to iron or steam when you are running out the door? The fabric has been talked about with other purchasers, but it is not soft the way I think of with an Echo scarf, or the Italian scarves.I got this to be a light-turquois blue scarf, but found it looked better with other colors. Although a good price, I am not sure about buying another one.
