Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind - Original Soundtrack

The O.S.T is so beautiful, as it's my top favourite Studio Ghibli movie. It was described and its condition was brand new and undamaged. Thanks! :-)

Great soundtrack, slow delivery

This soundtrack has the EXACT same contents as the Japanese  Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind Soundtrack , but at a fraction of the price.Whilst this isn't technically the official Japanese soundtrack, it is an OFFICIAL UK version, which is licensed by Wasabi Records. As there are many bootleg companies ripping off the Japanese soundtracks, it's very hard for those who don't know what they're looking out for to purchase a genuine one, so buying this is a safe option.The style of the case is amazing, it features a stunning slipcase which once removed shows off some more beautiful artwork, inside you will be presented with a very collective looking audio CD and booklet. It arrived really quickly, and was exactly that i was after. Surprised it wasn't in a plastic cd case but the sleeve does the job fine. It comes with a booklet with song words and info about the film and director.

La colonna sonora del film contiene un grande capolavoro di musica classica, peccato che in questa sua prima versione viene presentata come una musica a tratti suonata da un'orchestra e a tratti come musica di vecchi videogiochi.

Il film è straordinario e, in assoluto, uno dei migliori dello Studio Ghibli, ma può essere apprezzato pienamente solo da un pubblico adulto. Non lo raccomando per bimbi piccoli (almeno fino ai 3 anni).La colonna sonora richiama le sensazioni vissute nel film ed è straordinaria, come il film.

Einfach der perfekte Soundtrack zu einem der besten Animes überhaupt! Daran gibt es wirklich nichts Negatives! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung sowohl für den Film, als auch zu dem hervorragenden Soundtrack!

Le musiche originali del film. Hisaishi e' un grande compositore, le sue colonne sonore sono sempre accurate e questa è' una delle più ispirate.

"Nausicaä" war bereits vor der Gründung des Studio Ghibli ein Hit von Miyazaki. Doch was wäre ein Film ohne seinen Soundtrack? Joe Hisashi hat für "Nausicaä" einen wundervollen Soundtrack gezaubert, der alle Szenen perfekt einfängt und unvergesslich macht - sei es nun der Angriff der Oumu oder das friedliche Leben im Tal der Winde.Besonders schön ist natürlich der Titel-Song des Filmes, der im Film selber jedoch gar nicht auftaucht, "Kaze no Tani no Naushika" von Narumi Yasuda - einfach wunderbar!Die Aufmachung der Hülle ist hier auch sehr gelungen. In einem kleinen Pappschuber steckt die Paphülle in der die CD thront - das Booklet ist ebenfalls sehr schön gemacht und beinhaltet Bilder und Lyrics.Für Nausicaä- und Ghibli-Fans absolute Kaufempfehlung =)

Wer ein Fan der Japanischen Zeichentrickfilme (Animaes) ist, wird den OST zu Nascaä - Aus dem Tal der Winde lieben! Unglaublich wie sich diese Musik in die Ohren schleicht.

I would have liked the album to be more connected musically. The pieces are all wonderful and nice to add to my soundtrack.
