This book saves you time and money!!!!
The author explores in a comprehensive and detailed manner a rather new field in strategic management: strategic innovation. The book gave me a great overview of existing tools with high practical relevance and therefore helped me to save a lot of time and money: I just did not need to buy and read those many books, articles etc.!!! The summary questions provided in the book are very helpful as they address exactly the aspects to consider when "rethinking" a company's strategy and they sparked my creativity in strategic thinking!

Great book
It's a well written book, easy to read, with a great interest in the strategy innovation area.It combines well the best theories with some useful tools to put those theories into practice. This book also is manual for strategists as it brings together all of the past and current thinking related to strategy. It is a worthwhile read. I recommend it.
