Love this popcorn machine! It’s easy to set up and makes movie nights so much fun. The popcorn comes out fresh, hot, and fluffy—just like the theater. The machine heats up quickly and pops almost every kernel with very little waste. Cleanup is simple, and the design has a cute retro look that everyone compliments. Great for family nights, parties, or even just a snack anytime.

If my review saves someone else from purchasing this popcorn maker, then I've done my job. I purchased this for family movie nights, which are a big deal in our house. This was a Christmas Eve gift for our family. I assembled it, and my first major red flag was that there was no hole in the side of the popcorn maker to insert and screw in the little lever to tip the kettle to dump the popcorn. So we had to risk burning ourselves to dump it (whatever, we'd deal with it). On Christmas Eve, we started our movie and ran the popcorn maker for the first time; it worked well its first go. A couple of hours later, we switched the popcorn maker back on as we were ready to make another round of popcorn for movie #2, the kettle would spin, but it would not heat at all. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps on the website, and nothing. We tried again the next day hoping it would magically work again, and nothing. I contacted Nostalgia hoping for some help or maybe just a replacement part and the woman on the phone didn't care to help at all, she told me that because it had been within 30 days of purchase on Amazon that I needed to contact them. Amazon would only refund me and told me that I could repurchase. The only issue with this resolution is that I purchased this on sale for Black Friday, so if I wanted to repurchase, I would be spending more to do so. In the end, I had to disassemble this nightmare machine and return it for a refund. I'll never buy this brand again as the machine was trash and so was the customer service.

Wow what a great looking item and popcorn is perfect

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this popcorn machine!!! We have it in our movie area, which creates such a vibe. We ordered the Orville Redenbacher’s popcorn kernels and butter. The taste is amazing and it’s real simple to use. Now if you want your popcorn buttery like I do I suggest that you use 3 or 4 spoonfuls of the butter oil. Just using one will not be good enough. The popcorn is fluffy , hot, and taste just like movie theater popcorn. You can even add your own type of seasoning once it’s done. We tried the Garlic Parmesan and it tasted amazing. Now when you clean it I do suggest taking the top part off as well as the mechanism for the kernels to make it easier to clean. Then once you’re done put everything back on and you’re good to go again. Some kernels did pop out but I had more popcorn than kernels so we were good. You won’t be disappointed.
