Ive been iron deficient my whole life. Im 42 and have tried several supplements. Usually upset my stomach and cause constipation. This one id easy on my digestion and doesn’t cause any issues. Ive been taking it for about 3 weeks now and feel great!

Drugstore brand iron supplements always made me vomit so I looked for other options. Thorne brand iron has never caused me any tummy issues, even when taken on an empty stomach. It absorbs well and my iron levels are normal now. All the Thorne supplements I’ve used have been wonderful.

I needed an Iron supplement but was hesitant to get one due to constipation fears that many Iron supplements can cause. Thorne’s product mentions its supplement does not cause that constipation issues due to their formulation. After ordering it, I agree. Sometimes I’ll take it once daily and other times I’ll take it every other day, depending on how much red meat protein I eat. Thorne’s brand of supplements is highest quality and well-tested and highly recommended. Worth the higher price.
