We ordered 2 and love them! The perfect solution to move the shower head away from the wall and lower it for the handheld types we have. With out it, in 1 shower it would be aiming straight in the face of a 5.5 foot person. The ideal would have been a slide rail adjustable height (for a handicap bath) but it clearly was NOT well thought out for peeps that need to be seated.I REALLY like the bit of 'give' in the connection. It's just enough to flex a bit if bumped. Quite configurable.If I were to do it over, I'd have gone with the longer double arm so that it could be lowered in the one bath.In the other bath it is perfect. The shower head hangs very nicely and can easily be adjusted when the grooming station is placed for bathing small dogs.Simple installation!

This little gadget was just the right length to push my Kohler Prone shower head off the wall and make it more functional. I dropped a star as the rubber washers it was provided with were of a terrible quality and pretty much disintegrated. Do yourself a favor and just get some new ones before installing. :)

After being out of the return window the seller reached out to makes things right. I can’t believe the accountability that this company has taken when it comes to their product. The arm doesn’t stay in the up position it flips itself down no matter how tight you make the thumb turn. Quality is fine.

Doesn’t screw in straight, has a little bit of a leak no matter what we do, but is adjustable so it helped but it could’ve been better. It’s just a shrug, ok.

I've had this extension arm for the shower for about 8 months. It does not stay in place and falls down. I have a heavy Speakman shower head and this extension arm is not adequate. Taking a shower was becoming more of an adventure than I wanted. I found another 5 inch extension arm on Amazon that does work.

I only bought it so my midget wife could reach the shower head. If it was being moved all the time I don’t think it would last. It looks like the pipes are pressed in and not threaded.For what I needed it for it will last a long time

We immediately noticed the substantial heavy feel in your hand right out of the box. High quality metal. We also purchased a shower arm and shower head, all different brands, and this is by far the highest quality. Our previous extension arm was plastic and lasted a few years, so I have no doubt this will last even longer.
