We got this for Nana to replace an old worn out rise / recline chair. She has mobility issues so it was very important that it had suitable rise assistance and the extra heat/ massage options have been a huge help for her aches and pains.This arrives in 3 large boxes. 1 of which is very very heavy. So it is a good idea to have an extra person to help with moving and assembling. Other than being heavy it is easy to assemble. The sides slot onto the chair and the backrest into the base, then just plug in the controllers and the back rest to the base. Be careful not to push the arm rests on too far or the chair will have difficulty when it rises/ reclines.When assembled it is very comfortable. It's well padded and the material is soft. It is a wide chair and when reclined almost goes flat so make sure there is a lot of space around it. I weigh 95kg / 15 stone and it easily dealt with lifting me up. It rises slowly so don't expect to be launched out the chair.The heat and massage options are brilliant. lots of different patterns, zones and intensity to choose from. Everyone in our house has wanted to go take a seat in Nana's new chair.The only negative is the support frame only site in the middle, so if you do sit on the arm of the chair it will tilt or wobble. It is only a minor issue though. The padding is also not as dense as a full armchair, but it should last a few years at least.Good quality, good value. Much cheaper than the shops. Superb chair. Easy to put together. Looks great. All the functions.... massage, heating up, reclining all work really well. The massage bit is a bit noisy but not that bad that it would stop you using it. Comfy to sit on. After purchasing I decided to take out extended warranty on it but I can't seem to get this added on which is a nuisance. I woykd still like to pay for extended warranty if I could get someone to sort that out for me. I would recommend this chair

Being a disabled person I found it difficult to assemble without help.Once assembled and power connected I found it easy to operate and very comfortable.Actuator is silent and strong.2 bolts for brackets at rear were missing - Wingnuts were supplied

Firstly the delivery, ordered on the 3rd of November email received on the 4th saying will be delivered by 13th November. First parcel received on the 5th, next 2 parcels on the 6th. So great service. Chair very easy to assemble done and ready for use in 15 minutes. Chair it's self very comfortable, massage and heat units really good. Motor very quite and smooth. For information I ain't no twiggy. Can highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. I looked at this chair a few months ago but stupidly went for a cheaper manual recliner which turned out to be a waste of money, so that was donated to a disabled lady.This chair gets 10/10 for me. It's well padded, you literally sink into it, therefore comfortable and looks good in my room. The remotes are easy to use and store in the pockets on the chair, so no losing them. At first I didn't think the chair was that stable BUT I hadn't put the brackets on the back of it, now they're on, the chair is stable. I'm a short lady and therefore in the upright position and sat back, my feet don't touch the floor but it doesn't cause me any issues. I haven't really used the massage or heat settings as yet but they do work, although the massage on the highest setting is quite loud but not loud enough that you cant hear the tv. This is a big chair, so make sure you can fit it into your room before buying, this can be done using the "does it fit" function in the photo's the seller has added. I had to change my room around for it to fit. It's so nice to be able to relax in a chair that does all the work for you, unlike the manual chairs, just press a button and you're laying down or stood up with no effort.I genuinely don't understand the negative reviews on this chair, as a disabled user I find it suits my needs perfectly.It took me and my daughter about 30mins to put it together, that includes unboxing it. I also had an email from the seller asking if everything was ok, that's something you don't get from most sellers.I would 100% reccomend this chair with confidence.

This is comfortable but I could've got similar for cheaper with a better size. The width and comfort is brilliant. But my feet hang off the edge when reclined. I'm only 5ft 10". I did email about this but it is in the description. Perhaps my fault for not looking but I didn't really think I needed to look at this element. I wouldn't say it is value for money as it isn't that comfort when reclined. Unless your small.Please check the description before buying. I'm not happy.

This chair arrived in two separate deliveries a day apart which was a bit disconcerting. With that said, the chair was easy to unpack and assemble. I wasn't expecting too much for the price but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything worked really well. Bought to assist my wife to enable her to stand up after a knee operation. The massage, heat and reclining ability were excellent. You will need quite a bit of room behind it when fully reclined. It's a bit heavy to move around on your own but is possible just. We bought a grey one which does look a bit drab and in retrospect may have gone with a different colour. There was a slight odour with the material on unpacking but it disappeared after a few days. My wife is very happy with it.
