Strictly Beds and Bunks - Cypress Bunk Bed with Sprung Mattresses (15 cm), 3ft Single

The beds are great really sturdy, however the instructions aren’t great our beds weren’t colour coded either which took even longer to assemble. The delivery of the beds were around 6.20am and were delivered at the wrong address down the street, my husband had to walk down and find them and carry them back up! Not what you want at 7am. We were missing the ladders and asked to double check. They then sent some out with in a few days. The customer service is great and quick responses. The beds are great for the price.

Initially a huge chunk of the order was missing, after approaching Amazon they were of no help(not the sellers fault) I contacted the seller directly and they were really helpful and polite. Once the full order was together, putting the bed together was a bit of a challenge as nothings marked so you need to lay it all out and figure out where it goes, pretty self explanatory once you’ve got going. it does come with instructions but these need improvements clearly written by someone who does it every day.Get a friend to help you and take your time, you’ll be pleased with the results. I’m 6’3”, 80kg and felt safe laying on the top bunk before letting the kids loose on it.

It doesn't have at the bottom bed safety rail and my grandson has fallen out twice through the night.

Bought as we already own one of their triple bunks which is amazing quality.A bit disappointed with this one. The actual bed itself seems just as sturdy, however our other one appears the pine is varnished, this is unfinished so it's a much lighter colour and not as smooth to touch.Also, as per another review missing LOADS of dowels so couldn't finish putting up until more arrive which is really annoying. Such a shame as other than that they are great beds. Company provide a website to order any replacement parts for free which is really good, however they really shouldn't be missing in the first place, especially as previous reviews have already picked up this issue

You need to be good at DIY to build this, but once up it's an excellent bed. Very sturdy and needs to be with my boys. A few small problems. The wall fastenings are not long enough to bridge skirting boards to fasten at the top. I would invest in the separate lean to ladder to remove the necessity of fastening to the wall. (The bed will pull over due to the vertical ladder if you don't).

Well the bed looks like it'll be wonderful... except they haven't sent enough dowels. I'm missing 32? It seems they sent me the amount for one 9f their other style beds not this one.It's Christmas Eve, I was supposed to had this up for tomorrow. I've had quite the emotional breakdown and I have no idea how to contact the seller right now for spare parts.

There were parts missing. I got them eventually, they were sent to me free of charge

The bunks are good and sturdy once assembled. Not that easy to put together and the wood is untreated so will need protected /varnished . Our set arrived minus the complete set of fittings. Be aware there is only online help. I could not speak to anyone. You need to have skills,time and good eyesight to navigate the website. I kept missing the chat link and official help. Eventually I got it sorted and spoke on line to a very helpful person, who was absolutely great, no problems! She did her best and everntually the fittings arrived. There was no facility online to order a complete pack. This needs amending. It should not have been missing in the first place. Sloppy management! This company really needs a telephone helpline.Otherwise bunks are great and will do until the grandchildren grow up!
