Love the taste and I feel fueled up before the bike ride
Great supplement, you feel supercharged and full. I usually drink 1.5 scoops in the AM on an empty stomach before a 40 mile ride on my road bike. 1 scoop for lighter rides, 2 scoops for longer rides. It solved the morning fuel problem.

Great Pre/Post Drink
I LOVE this stuff. It tastes great and I can drink it before a workout without feeling sick or it's great post workout as well. Plus it taste delicious. I mix mine with almond milk an have no issues with the powder dissolving.
