Very nice addition to our bunk bed
Our kid wanted a ladder for his bunk bed even though the bunk bed has stairs. It doesn't go with the wood coloring at all (see picture), but it's what he wanted. Assembly was done in just a few minutes, so its very simple. For my purposes, I set the ladder where I wanted to attach to the upper bunk rail, marked the attachment plates, drilled some pilot holes and then screwed it in place. The construction is ultra-light weight. My assumption is that it's 100% aluminum. Despite this, once attached with the included hardware, it feels quite sturdy. My son is around 45 lbs, and he was able to climb up without any shaking or worry it would fail. The ladder can be lifted from the mounting brackets and stored elsewhere, which is a nice feature. Overall the price is comparable to others on the marketplace, so it's a good buy but there's nothing spectacular about a ladder, it gets you from the floor to the top bunk.

Solid, Lightweight Ladder — Cross-Tube Support Throughout
This ladder was actually too tall for my application, but it was the style of ladder that I wanted, at the price I was willing to spend. Needed something with brackets, that could be removed readily and easily, that had big steps, and ideally, was solid. For stability/safety reasons, my kid needed something more robust than those ladders that simply hook on the lip of the bunk, as my RV's bunks barely have any. After carefully measuring, I cut the tubes with a hacksaw to meet my height needs, and ended up not using the supplied feet, and instead fashioned my own rubber stopper feet. Had I used the supplied attachments for the feet, I would have had to remove a step, which I was unwilling to do for stability and engineering purposes. Everything worked out great for my build, and most importantly, my kiddo loved it and had no problem using the ladder. I was pleasantly surprised to see when I cut into the tubing that it wasn't just hollow inside — there is actually an X-cross of aluminum support inside the tube running the length of the ladder. I have no qualms that this can actually support its rated weight limit, as long as the brackets have been anchored correctly. Good buy!

Attic access.
It seemed solid, but I have a complicated closet and I thought I could make it work to help me reach my attic access. Unfortunately I could not figure iit how to do that. It’s light weight but sturdy and appears very easy to install

Nice and light yet sturdy
Using this in our camper for the grandkids bunks. Light weight and yet sturdy for rough boys!

Used it as a crawlspace ladder, and it’s awesome
First of all, this ladder is extremely lightweight. It’s not difficult to carry it with one hand. Yet, especially when fastened with the included brackets, it demonstrates an unexpected sturdiness in its engineering and design. I ordered this because it was the perfect height to climb down into my 5’ crawl space, and the pivoting feet have been very stable on the uneven dirt floor beneath. I’ve even managed to carry heavy boxes down and the ladder doesn’t seem to mind at all. Overall, for the weight, price and structural features, I’m pretty convinced I picked the best fixed ladder on Amazon. Also - it looks really clean and sleek. Adding this to a boat or RV would definitely keep things classed up.

it works.
its very weak so it should only be used for smaller kids no adults or teens.

Great camper bunk bed ladder
This ladder is perfect for our camper bunk beds. It makes it so much easier to get up into the top bunk. And there's still room for the refrigerator door and the bathroom door to open.

Highly inadequate
Does not fit a standard travel trailer bunk. We’ve tried adjusting it to be straight, which is almost impossible to climb, and slightly angled, which looks like it’s going to break when a person who weighs 120 lbs. climbs on it. Super disappointing. Missed the return window because we assumed it would fit based on description and didn’t open until our first trip.

Substituted for centre ladder on granddaughters loft bed to allow more room as can now remove when not needed. She absolutely loves it. clamp easy to shape over larger rail with electrical tape added to sharp edges.

Moins solide que je le pensais, mais fait quand même le travail pour les enfants

Good quality, easy to install would be ice if you could adjust the angle of the rungs. (I have mine on an angle since the bed is lower than 5 ft).

Steps aren’t angled. Would be shocked if this help 50lb let alone 250lb
