Q: My humidifier makes noise but I don't see any mist. It was running for a good 3-4 hours and I still don't see see any change to water level or mist?

Well this for sure isn't normal. I'd try emptying the water and cleaning it good. Plug it back in and hopefully it will be fine.

Q: What’s the easiest way is clean the inside of the top/cover?

I just turn it upside down and use a small amount of dish soap and wash rinse and dry it. You could really use any non abrasive soap or cleaner rinse and dry.

Q: How do you return it will not mist?

I'm so sorry it's not working for you. I've had great results with mine. I believe you need to contact the company for a return or go to your orders page and click on this product, there should be a start a return option and just follow the instructions. It's returnable within 30 days. I would also contact Amazon just to be sure.

Q: Where is this manufactured?

Without the paperwork I believe China but it's a good product.
