I needed a thin, professional-looking lunch bag for work. And this one definitely fits the bill.Best things about it:- quality materials- attention to small details like high-quality rubberized zipper pulls- flat profile that fits easily into laptop bags & briefcasesDefinitely worth the money.

Purchased for my son to take to school, but I did not look closely enough to notice that his water bottle will not fit in the side elastic/mesh part (nothing could really fit there easily). When I tried to return it, they were going to charge me half the price of the lunchbox for the return shipping. Outrageous! Now I'm just stuck with a crappy lunchbox.

I bought this because I needed a lunchbag to bring to work -- that way I didn't have to carry my tuppleware around. When I first got it, I was super excited to use it. The amount of space I had was a decent size. I was able to fit a water and my tuppleware inside (medium sized). However, as soon as I got to work and was unzipping the bag, the handle thing (black part only) fell off. I didn't think it was a big deal because at least I still had the other one. However, within 2-3 days, the other one also fell off (same black part). Now I was left with the small metal zip, which is so inconvenient when you just want to get your food out as soon as you want. I would understand if this happened after a certain time. But this was all within a couple of days of receiving it. Definitely would not purchase it again. Better to invest your money elsewhere.In addition, the thermal didn't work too well. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't really hold out for as long as one would like. I kind of expected it to contain the temperature longer than just 2 hours.

I love that this product has enough insulated space to carry a good amount of food. Also, the zipper goes around the full area of the bag allowing easy access. I haven’t found any other bags that have this very basic, and very handy feature.I had intended to use this product to carry my lunch to work - until our kid’s caregiver saw it! She immediately started using it to pack a quick on-the-go bag with snacks, and drinks. I have twins, and it fits enough for both of them. She may love it more than I do! Looks like I’ll be buying another one!

Easy to clean except the ridges inside the lunch box. A lot of crumbs and substances harden there, and it harder to clean, like cleaning in between the sofa. Value for money is good. Not very much regret. Used for a long time. The zippers are weak, but not much, just be gentle, a little nuisance to follow. Good looking professional lunch bag. Holds as much items to adequately get you anyone full

This is an awful bag. I love it because it’s big and i can fit my two containers but it doesn’t stay cold. By the time i get to work all my food is warm

I was shy to bring a lunchbox when most people just eat the food served at the University. This lunchbox felt professional and made the transition easy. (Sometimes I get the feeling that people may think I'm carrying a digital projector in this case! lol) By the way, I didn't get this item for free; I paid full price for the item.

Lots of room inside for just about everything. I would have liked the mesh pockets to be bigger/stretchier to hold bigger items, like a water bottle.
