Ease of use, quality, intensity, pain relief, weight. I'm a commercial truck driver and this works wonders on my back. Prefect and compact.

This gadget works! It’s small but easy to adjust and control. There are numerous settings and power levels. I’ve only had to use the lower power levels. When I’ve used other types of devices at doctors offices, I keep having to tell them to turn up the power because the power fades away. But this unit maintains its power output. The battery last really long time . I’ve used this multiple times and the unit is still showing full charge . I think this is a better unit than have been exposed to doctors offices. The instructions say pregnant women And people with heart conditions shouldn’t use it. I think that’s good advice. It’s a great little unit.

I purchased this Belifu Tens unit after first asking my doctor about using one, and trying one out with my physical therapist. The included instructions were a bit confusing to me, but since my therapist said to "play around" with the settings and see what worked best, I did just that.The unit is small and fits easily and unobtrusively in a shirt pocket, which is good, since the unit doesn't come with a clip or any other means of securing the unit to one's person. The display has 6 circles, each illustrating a type of stimulation that circle is meant to impart. The "<" and ">" buttons cycle through the circle selections. The numbers 1 to 4 cycle inside each circle to indicate which mode of stimulation has been selected within that circle. The modes are selected with the "M" button. The unit has two channels, each with its own plus and minus buttons which are used to set the amount of stimulation that is applied. One can also set the amount of time the unit will run with the "T" button. The display also shows the time remaining and the battery charge level. Any time you change the type or mode of stimulation, the unit will shut off, I'm sure as a safety measure so one doesn't get an unexpected "zap." This may be a needed feature, but I've found that if the circle or mode buttons are accidentally pushed while the unit resides in a pocket, the unit shuts off and has to be reset. This can be annoying. A "lock" button would fix this issue, but there is none on the Belifu TENS.This TENS uses electrode pads with snaps, and it comes with a small selection of diferent sizes and shapes of pads. They are reusable, but eventually you will want/need more pads. Some TENS units use a style of pads that has small phono plugs instead of snaps. These will not work with the electrode wires provided with this Belifu TENS. It turns out the ports on TENS units (where one plugs in the electrode wires) are the same, whether that unit uses snap-on or phono style electrode pads. If/when you need to replace the electrode wires, you can switch pad styles. My experience is still limited, but I think the "phono plug" pads work a little better for me.

This device is so easy to use and has made a huge difference for pain relief. I keep it a approx 50% power and the vibration level does the trick. It’s very powerful for such a small device.

No complaints at all, high quality, easy to use, and it’s as big as a credit card perfect for travel. I bought this since I stop going to therapy and it felt just as good as the professional huge machines at therapy. I have used it over 20 times for about 20 minutes each time and the battery is still showing 3/3. Electrodes stick on easily and don’t leave any residue on skin. Many different massage settings, power, and time.

Something happens after you hit 30, like you voided your own warranty. Suddenly a surprise sneeze is enough to throw your back out into spasms. After about a year of questionable chiropractic adjustments I realized that most of my back issues can be resolved with stretching three times a week and a tens unit afterwards.This one charges quickly, lasts a long while, is lightweight, easy to use, and has multiple settings ranging from “soothe me” to “I consent you to abuse me”. You will need to buy some additional things later, like new pads or gel to keep your existing pads lasting longer but it’s cheaper than a massage and untangles that Gordian knot between your shoulders.

I've been battling a tight calf muscle when doing a long walk. I decided to try using this unit after the walk and was amazed how effective it was. Instructions are minimal but it's easy to figure out, just use common sense. The instructions cover safety warnings,read them before using. If your unsure ask your doctor. Apply a little water to the pad, helps them stick better. I placed a pad on either side of my calf muscle and started dialing up the electrical pulse (1-10). Depending on your sensitivity you may need to go up slowly. I had used something like this at the chiropractors office and knew I could handle the 9 level. The stimulation was great, like a deep massage. Within 10 min. my calf muscle was loose and no pain after. I notice that my calf is less painful on walks since using this. There are several pads and connections included with the unit so you could actually do both legs at the same time. There are different stimulation modes, pulses and duration combinations, so you may take awhile to figure out which one works best for you. I would recommend this for those minor aches and pains after a workout.

I just got this Tens unit this morning, and wow!!! I paid $120 yesterday for a massage on my pulled muscles in my lower back, and could have saved my money by just getting this in the first place. This machine amazing! Best purchase ever. It's massaging my lower back muscles, and the little machine is small enough to fit in my pocket. Works great! The settings go from mild to very strong.
