LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! I accidentally ordered super coarse, meaning to get medium grind-but it was a perfect mistake! I have a test kitchen I just started, mixing up some salted herb blends, and this salt is PERFECT! I can grind the salt down to where I need it, and instead over being overpowering and strong, it really enhances the flavor of the herbs in the finished salt, and makes them sing! It's a little dusty, so working with different methods, but I haven't noticed much color difference in the finished salts. Since I want to enhance flavor, I don't used much, so this will last forever! Great value for the price!

This is definitely worth the money. Works great to refill my salt grinder, I would recommend it.

I should have order the medium instead of course! The course crystals are wayyyyyy to big and sturdy for my electric salt grinder (and it is pretty powerful...). I thought the medium would be too fine, but I will try it next time. Tastes great...

Was a little slow getting here. But the taste and quality is superb.

Perfect experience the first 3 times. The 4th time, the crystals were so big that my 0x0 grinder couldn't grind them. I had my 0x0 grinder for over 10 years, so my first instinct was to replace it (which I did). Tried the salt again, and nope. Tried to grind the salt in a mortar and pestle to accommodate the grinder, but much of the salt was too fine to be used in the grinder, and this was (honestly) not something I should be doing anyway.It's a great product. It really is. But when they send you crystals that require an industrial salt-mine drill, that's a bit much. I actually have enough faith in this company to order again just to see if they can match the first 3 orders, but I can't give them 5 stars based on the possibility that you may in fact get something you can't use.

The salt tastes great. However. The grain size is far too large for a mill. Not sure why I didn't believe the other reviews that stated the same. But it is true. It won't work in a standard mill
