Saw this in a Japanese TV drama and thought it was so neat and it works pretty good

My family loves games, especially when playing against the clock.Turn it on, and flip it to the desired time and its timing. Flip it up to end and/or reset it.Very clever, very simple; it adds fun to the game.

I love how easy it is to activate the timer feature. I'm big into "time blocking" and setting the time helps to keep me focus on working on the project I most need to work on. I also use it to give myself breaks but setting a time to scroll or other mindless things and it helps to remind me to get back to the more important things I should be working on.

Got these to help with my son’s ADHD time blindness for school- it was recommended by his therapist/counselor. Helps with getting him to start tasks, assignments, and tests. (The time blindness really is the problem for him). Same with doing tasks at home, huge improvements! I use it for myself and my other children as well. Very easy to use. I bought multiple to have in the classroom and at home.

I get way too wrapped up with my work on the computer and will sometimes lose hours of time. I got this so that I could set a 60 minute timer and I just put it over across the room so I had to get up and get it and I can go right back to work but it forces me to actually get up and move. Love it!
