Project Mc2Bath Fizz Experiment- Pink

The bombs came out great. We tested the popcorn ball one and it ...
I bought this kit at Target for $9.99 so that my daughter and I could make these. You need to buy the bath bomb ingredients (i.e. baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salts, vanilla, oil-I used coconut oil, sprayer bottle). The citric acid was difficult to find, but if you don’t order it from online, it can be found in some stores with canning supplies. I found a spice bottle-shaped container of it at Ace Hardware. I had some rose water left over from a baklava recipe, so used some of that too. If you buy more glitter, make sure it is safe for cosmetic use. I have read some warnings and am going to steer clear of glitter outside of this kit just to play it safe. Anyway, it was a small package, so I didn’t expect it to come with everything. Outcome: I was surprised that the recipe made enough for two bombs and you need to let it set for twelve hours. I didn’t know what to do with the extra mix, so I found a popcorn ball maker in my drawer and used it. The bombs came out great. We tested the popcorn ball one and it fizzed perfectly. On another note, I am not sure why a tablespoon is included in the kit. Maybe I am missing something, but I didn’t see a reference to using it...However, it is cute, I am glad to have it, and I am sure we will use it one day with another recipe.

Misleading and worthless. Just go to the craft store
Bought for 10$ at target. Misleading packaging. The box implies that it includes the ingredients to make 1 bath bomb. It only includes 1 mould, measuring spoons (that everyone already has and doesn’t need) and a tiny amount of glitter. THATS IT! I could have purchased a couple of moulds and a ton of glitter for $5 at the craft store that I now have to make an extra trip to.Here is the list of YOUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS (not included) 😑 Large bowl, baking soda, citric acid powder, Epson salt, spray bottle with water, measuring cup, baking sprinkles, vanilla scented oil or extract, shea oil or olive oil, food coloring, household gloves.

Huge waste of money
This product literally contains a mold, two measuring spoons, and a tiny vial of glitter. Nothing else except a massive list of supplies needed, including citric acid...honestly, a massive waste of money!

Worthless - Plastic & Glitter - No Educational Value
My wife and I bought our (now) 8-yr old daughter a Project Mc2 Bath Fizz Experiment for her birthday and, upon opening it, found that a laundry list of household items which were "not included" were needed to do anything with the product. Having purchased 10 years of products for our two kids this is the single most disappointing purchase of the last decade. I don't get how anyone can sell a couple of pieces of plastic and some glitter, without marking it as such, and expect to have a good name in any industry.Once opened it lists the three items that I purchased in this Bath Fizz Experiment - a Bath Fizz Container, 2 Measuring Spoons & a Bottle of Glitter, then lists 11 household items needed, but "Not Included," like Baking Soda, Shea Oil, Epsom Salt, Food Coloring and Citric Acid Powder. I don't know about you, but I always keep stockpiles of Shea Oil and Citric Acid Powder in my house...I gave the company a chance to address things and make it right and the lady on the phone was condescending in her tone and words.

A complete waste of time and money.
This is by far the worse product I have ever seen. Don't ever buy it. It comes with 3 pieces of plastic and a huge list of household items you need to have in hand. Nothing else provided, like perfume essence, sprinkles, coloring food, epson salt, CITRIC ACID! Are you kidding me! The creators should be embarrassed and It should be taken off the market immediately!!

Do not buy. A waste of money.
Do not buy. This is a waste of money. Non of the ingredients are included, which makes this a very expensive piece of plastic. No where on the package does it tell you that the ingredients are not included.
