I love these, they really help me with falling asleep at night so I don’t have to take melatonin. Good taste.

These work great for me but my son is on a medication for his allergies and stomach issues. Taking them together made him see things in his room at night that freaked him out. Read about it on drugs com and it can cause people to see things at night with his other medicine. So, just look online for interactions before buying.

I like it and the Ashwaghanda is good for me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I think it really helps me sleep well. I have tried other brands without the Ashwaghanda and I didn't sleep as well. These seem to work.

I don't like swallowing big pills so I got these magnesium glycerinate gummies. I like that they are not too sweet as it's hard to find a gummy without tons of sugar.

I bought these to try and help my sleep issues caused by peri-menopause, as I read ashwaganda and magnesium were good supplements to help you stay asleep (I don't have issues falling asleep). Unfortunately I found they upset my stomach and I would be woken up with a mild stomach ache and not able to go back to sleep. I stopped taking them for awhile and tried again just recently and had the same issue, so I know it's something with the gummy. Such a bummer!
