Hello, the fabric of my swimsuit has become thin and torn. Please relieve me of my distress.

Daughter 12 is new to competitive swimming, she is happy with the suit. We ordered her a 26, probably could have ordered a 24. She wears a 28 jolyn. Older daughter had the same suit and it has lasted about a year before it started showing signs of wear, as I understand it this is normal. Good suit for price!
