The box was out for delivery since early in the morning. It didn't arrive until late afternoon, so it was probably in the hot vehicle all day. The flowers didn't look good when I took them out of the box, and today when I looked at them, they were all wilted and sagging. The flowers come in a cardboard box with a vase. They do not come in a vase filled with water. I was quite and surprised by this product because I'd ordered it once before and it was fine.

My girlfriend just absolutely loved these Sunflowers 🌻. The flowers that were delivered are precisely what was shown on Amazon exactly the same. I will always order flowers from Amazon to be delivered now..🤗

I’ve ordered many times from Benchmark, but the flowers I received were dying (hadn’t been placed in water for shipment), one was headless, they were MUCH smaller than pictured and the vase used was lower quality than in past orders. Not sure I will order from them again.

I sent these to my aunt who was celebrating her birthday (the first one since her husband’s passing). Sunflowers were my uncle’s favorite flower. I could not find a bouquet of sunflowers from a florist for less than $120 delivered. These took 3 days to arrive. They opened up beautifully as you can see from the second picture!

Never order from this company "Benchmark Bouquets" ever again. Once you put the item in your cart it does give the chance to put in an address and once you click one time it processed the order and sent to my home address from my previous orders. Then right after that you try to click on cancel to cancel the order it says this is not eligible for return.Then when you click on the same item again from Benchmark Bouquests it will work correctly and let you select an address, so this company now got 2 sales/purchases from me and when lookup the tracking the tracking is incorrect they put the same delivery results in both tracking orders and now only one package has arrived and the other one is still missing.

The delivery was fast as I was told. They came on the date expected.These were a gift for my mom. They arrived a bit dry, not fresh. I was embarrassed and apologized to mom. She loves sunflowers but I was upset.they were not fresh.

The flowers were beautiful delivered to my sister for her birthday, but because they were delivered to a cold weather area, they were wilted when they arrived.
