I bought this attachment to do bicep curls, but found I can do cable extensions for triceps too!

Got this a week ago and I was excited to use it. Set it up today to use only to find out the welds on the jcup prong part made it not actually fit 1" holes. It's unfortunate that slightly sloppy production made it completely unusable. Otherwise it's nice looking and seems nicely made. Can't currently give it better than a 1 star as it's unusable unless I grind off the slop or bend the holes on my rack.

I bought this for my power cage. It works well!

I have a Major Lute power rack. This item does NOT fit this rack. It’s about 3/4” too short. The measurements in the pictures are misleading or wrong. Also the bars on this items are slight over 1” and do not fit in the 1” holes on my rack. In the process of returning the item. Overall, seems to be constructed very well, just wish it fit.

Poor product design. It’s either to short or to high. And it moves while you’re using it. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product.
