It advertises the “smoothest supplement shakes on the planet” which is a bold claim but I can safely say it does a much better job than my blender bottles. What surprised me most is that my shakes actually tasted better – I guess there is more flavor when it’s actually mixed fully.Some other benefits I was surprised to see:1. Looks and feels like a quality product. Right off the bat you can see you get what you pay for. Nice and sturdy.2. Very easy to clean. This is a nice feature. I like to put water and detergent in, turn it on and let it clean itself. Then, I remove the base and rinse as to not get the base part wet.Cons:Not too much to mention here – though the storage pod they supply could be a little larger for some of my shakes. Just a thought.

I was so thrilled to receive my promixx 2.0 mixer, but opened the box to find the motor piece looking like it was manufactured wrong and poorly.I reached out to their customer service email that promixx provides with their products, 3x and have not had a response in regards to a replacement nor refund. I’ve been patient but he’s been a couple weeks now, going on three. This is ridiculous, and a waste of money if they aren’t even willing to own up and make it right.

To give a fair review, I'll start with the positive of this product.Positive:1) Really functional product for your everyday needs in my workouts/job schedule.2) The materials and design of the cup are very good [sturdiness, seals to avoid liquids leaks, very neat design, marks for liquid levels accurate, etc.]3) Super easy to recharge motor unit.4) Super easy to use right out of the box.5) I love it after first use.6) Is very stylish and a lot of people asked me about the shaker [I recommended to a lot of my friends and colleagues].7) It mixed my whey protein isolate without any hassle and extremely fast!8) It came in a cool box [It feels like a new smartphone box] that makes the product suitable for a nice gift to a friend or family!Negative:1) I bought the product on September 11, 2018 and the motor unit became useless by October 15, 2018. Basically like other buyers pointed out in other reviews, the on/off button on the motor unit got stuck and I was unable to turn off the motor unit!!! I thought that the other people just drop off the motor unit on the floor and that was the reason for that. I was wrong!!! I have this unit in my work office [lock up with my own keys] all the time because I do my workouts in my work own gym, Meaning that right after my workouts I just go to my office to drink my protein shake! This motor unit never drop on the floor or got flooded with water. Because this product look so stylish and also looks expensive (actually it is!) I treated like a new smartphone!!! :-)So that folks is my reasoning to give this product one star (it deserves ZERO Stars!).Hope this help!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The beginning was great and I loved it so much that I even want to buy anothers. But after 10 days of used, the spinner start to stop and spin. And now it’s not spinning anymore. I thought it’s the charger but I charged it the whole night and it’s still not working. Disappointed

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great product. Mixes your shakes silky smooth. Works best with thinner protein powders and water. Two scoops of my JYM Protein Vanilla and Almond milk it can't quite mix all the way, but still I am a fully satisfied customer. I had to mix the top part with a fork just a bit and give it a shake or two, but overall well worth it.EDIT**** After having for a while I still love it. It's very powerful and certainly mixes the smoothest protein shakes I've ever had every single time. As stated before and after trying a few different things it still has trouble mixing 2 full scoops of a thicker protein power. Muscletech Phase 8 and JYM Pro are two that I've tried multiple times with 9-16oz of Almond milk and it will not mix it all. That said, what it does mix is amazing and I can simply stir the rest and shake a time or two which still results in a fantastic blend or simply use 1 and a half scoops or mix a little more in after I've drank the first shake. Overall product is well worth it. Considering buying another just for convenience. I drink a lot of protein shakes.Can I add a 6th star. I've used this nearly every day multiples times per day since may if 2018. It's March 2019 and it still mixes like day one. Bottom part doesn't stay on quite as well but hell I've been rough on her. Well worth the money. WELL WORTh IT. Mixes my Rule One Chocolate Fudge protein (best tasting Chocolate protein on the market, mixes superbly) like a boss.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  As an early adopter of PROMiXX I felt I was overdue an update, when looking to purchase a replacement I saw that there was a 2018 version available, naturally I bought this version and WOW !This thing is powerful, as seen (& heard) in my video it blends powders in seconds and I'm using a high mass building powder so need lots of it, the 2018 version handles it with ease and is definitely oodles faster than my old model. Other new things I've noticed are general improvements but really make a big difference to me, the lids and fittings all feel chunkier and more sturdy and now that the motor part has a clear base I love that I can see a charging/full light. The spout that you sip from has a much nicer seal on it and the hinge seems more solid too, every little detail seems to have had some sort of fabrication improvement even the power button has a more solid feel.Overall I'm thoroughly impressed and will once again be recommending this fantastic product to all my friends, I also always have people coming up to me in the gym asking where to get one I feel proud to be able to push them towards it.

I was asked if I would recommend this product and if it could blend banana....Well, I do like the product but after having owned two of them I would not recommend them until the product has had a serious quality rebuild....and NO, it will not blend a Banana. Remember guys and girls...this is a "mixer" and NOT a blender. It is meant to replace your current SHAKER bottle.The concept is brilliant and mine were both admired by work colleagues......HOWEVER......the quality is somewhat poor. With BOTH of my mixers (the second one was a warrantee swap for the first one that broke), I can attest to the fact that they do not last. The motor has failed in both of the units I have owned. The first one had a faulty motor which would turn on by itself and the second one I owned has stopped working as the mixer paddle has become disconnected from the motor and the motor simply spins without stirring the liquid.It's disappointing because I believe this is a great concept. They just need to improve their quality and more importantly DURABILITY!

I bought this mainly for mixing my Heul powder but after more than a month of daily use I can say that the mixer struggles with thick liquids. I found that the best way to mix Heul is to put no more than 300ml of water and 60gr of powder at a time.

I use it for my bulletproof coffee. It is less noisy than my blender. But it mixes it just as well. It is also handy to take around. I have had it for over a week, and since it’s first charge I haven’t had to charge it yet. Definitely a keeper.

I bought this to mix my protein shakes as I’m not personally a fan of lumps. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement.The build quality of the mixer is top quality. It has 2 lids and a compartment inside one of the lids to store your protein powder in as the liquid needs to go into the beaker first. Once the milk/water is poured in you simply switch it on and it creates a whirlpool inside into which you pour the powder.I am very happy with my purchase and if you are happy to spend a little more on a mixer then I would definitely recommend.
