Few days before I have purchased one IZI GO X Gimble from Amazon. I was send an used and defective IZI GO Gimble. The box which sent to my address was not a sealed one. There was no charge in the gimble. I have tried to charge the through the given C type charging cable as per instructions given but inspire of 4-5 hours of continuous charging , the gimble did not get 1% of charge and obviously the start button and other button did not work. It is an useless and damaged product has been sent to me amazon.I got to the IZI GO X apps download from Google play store and tried to start the gimble number of following the I structures but it didn't work, since it not retaining charges. I have asked the amazon time and again to take back the IZI Go X gimble from my home and return my Money I.e Rs. 6,999/-,. In number of occasion the amazon authority fixed dated to pick up the damaged return item from my home, but till date no person came to my home till 28th September, 2023 to take the said damaged gimble return and paid back my money to my back account. I have a very bitter and horrible experience with amazon. I have had talks with the customer care executives on different dates on different times, but inspired of vage assurances nothing has been given to me till date. My money has gone , not received an useful and perfect gimble as yet. I feel I have been cheated by Amazon thoroughly. Amazon,please arrange to pick up the damaged gimble from my house and return my Money to bank account with immediate effect.

I bought this gimbal because it had wireless charging,But its charging is of no use, it is only visible on the phone, the phone does not charge at all even in 2-3 hours,Other wise gimbal is good, not very good, but battery life is really good,
