Excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent food supplement. Shilajit has so many health benefits. It's really tasty with warm milk (try it, you won't regret it). I usually have it in the morning, on empty stomach, before my workout and in the evening before bed. Excellent value for the price, would recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The natural goodness of the Himalayas is evident in the resin
I've been incorporating the Raw Shilajit Resin into my daily routine for the past three weeks, and overall, my experience has been a mixed bag of positive and not-so-positive aspects.Firstly, the authenticity of the Himalayan sourcing is a significant positive. Knowing that this resin comes directly from the pristine Himalayan mountain ranges adds a layer of trust to the product. The natural goodness of the Himalayas is evident in the resin, and it feels like a genuine and pure supplement. The richness in Fulvic Acid is another notable positive aspect. The resin's antioxidant properties have left me feeling more energized and refreshed. I've also noticed a potential improvement in nutrient absorption, which aligns with the product's claims. The promised energy and stamina boost is one of the standout features for me. I've experienced increased physical endurance, which has positively impacted my daily activities and workouts. However, the resin's taste and texture are not the most palatable. It has a strong, earthy flavour that might be off-putting for some users. The resin's sticky consistency can also make it a bit challenging to handle, and the suggested dosage can be messy to measure accurately. In conclusion, Raw Shilajit Resin offers genuine Himalayan sourcing and a rich profile of beneficial elements. If you can overlook the taste and handle the sticky texture, the potential energy boost, anti-inflammatory properties, and overall health benefits make it a worthwhile addition to your supplement routine. However, the price point might be a deterrent for those on a tight budget.

Good stuff
As with the other shilajit variations I've tried, this stuff looks like tar. If mixed in warm water, it's best necked in one gulp because it tastes how I imagine tar would. It's not the nicest smell when mixed, smells like wee wee, so it's probably best not to attempt sipping it and enjoying the aroma like a good coffee. It takes a little while to dissolve but does so easy enough with gentle stirring.I’ve also taken to putting a serving onto my tongue; taste still isn’t brilliant but it seems easier to palate than when mixed with water.Keep the jar upright, otherwise it creeps into the rim and over the inside of the lid. Not the end of the world but creates an unnecessarily messy jar and is a waste.I take mine as soon as I reach work in the morning and within half an hour, my focus is bang on. I also seem to be sleeping better at night.I can't comment on any positive effects over brain fog, stress or anxiety because I don't suffer with any of them. For the positive effects on my focus and sleep quality alone (and potentially my immune system), I recommend this stuff.

Not great
I’ve tried a few of these shilajit resins and this one is not very nice. It has a much stronger taste than normal and I find it quite off putting. I have been unable to keep using everyday so can not comment on the benefits of it

Shila-what? This is one for the curiosity cabinet
Shilajit, as I recently discovered, has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years, yet it strikes me as quite an extreme substance to put into the body. An inky viscous goo whose precise biomineral and geological origins are still a matter of debate, which nowadays has to be purified of heavy metal contaminants before being sold for human consumption, and which has the appearance and smell of something that belongs in an oil tank. Well, in the sense that a healthy human body is like a finely tuned engine, then maybe shilajit is a fuel we should consider running on. I thought I'd give it a go.This is not a product that a beginner would typically consume neat, although apparently one traditional way of taking it is by dissolving it under the tongue. Well, curiosity got the better of me. I used the small spatula-scoopy thing included in the box to try a tiny bit straight from the tub, on top of the tongue. (Don't miss the scoop, it really is pretty small, and it measures out what is supposed to be one serving). Having now recovered, I can report it tastes like if uncured rubber latex was mixed into crude tar, with some botanical and sugary aromatics detectable in the afterburn. So, pretty much as expected then.I'm unable to compare this product with other shilajits out there, and I was also unable to research the brand and manufacturers, as the "HealthEssent" I found by searching apparently do not make this item.Having consumed shilajit in its most challenging form, I think I'll give it a bit of a rest before trying more palatable preparations. Really, this is one I'll mostly keep around as a conversation piece. As a mystery substance from a completely different tradition to Western medicine it really is quite interesting. So I do not feel particularly well-qualified to review the item, but on the basis of its sheer intrigue I'll give it five stars.Note: the scoop in my photo is not the supplied scoop
