Hey Michael, that sounds like a pretty good match. You may also want to consider running the amp at 2 ohms and pulling 1000 RMS from it. At 2 ohms, you won't be quite as loud, but the amp will be running cooler and will sound better.

I think its actually single voice coil. Listing says 2.5" vc. They still sound great. I've had 2 for about a year and they bump pretty good.

Yes max rms on these subs are 500rms at a 1 ohm load so make sure you wire them at 1 ohm. The amp you specified has 1000rms at 1 ohm load so evenly distributes 500 to each. Just make sure you wire them correctly.
