Slips down and I have to pull up

I have this item 4 stars because the quality is great and the fabric feels nice. I ordered this hoping for a PoshSnob dupe but these pants are made so odd. Once I put them on the V completely disappeared and a lot of the scrunch material bunched up at the top instead of framing my body. I would blame it on my height (5’1) but the pants were the perfect length. I even grabbed them at the top and pulled them up as hard as I could to see if that would help but there was no difference. I have a round perky butt so it’s also not sue to me not packing in the back. I think they just put too much material there to accentuate the scrunch and just over did it. Sucks because I was really excited for these only to be let down.

Poor fit, rough band on top that is not comfortable or flattering, just overall poor quality

They are VERY stretchy. It feels like mostly polyester as the garment just slides down and down and if you don't keep pulling them up frequently, they will fall down completely. The spandex is lacking a bit, but they are still nice. I wear them for jammies. I would not be comfortable going out in them as they are very thin and kinda costume quality poly.
