This trio of "extreme" hot sauces turns up the heat to a high level and will add a serious kick to any food they are added to. All three feature pepper extract to push the burn beyond natural levels.The Super Hot Sauce is the mildest of the three, but still delivers a serious punch. Tabasco pepper, vinegar and salt come through with a clean flavour reminiscent of chip shop fare. An enjoyable sauce which is probably at the top end of tolerable for the casual pepper sauce fan.Anyone that had trouble with the Super Hot Sauce needs tread no further, because the Reaper Chipotle is on another level. As if the Reaper wasn't hot enough already, this sauce again adds in some pepper extract to push this into even hotter territory. At this point, we're almost too hot to fully appreciate the flavour, which is a shame because the combination of Reaper and Chipotle delivers a delicious smoked bacon barbecue taste which I really enjoyed.The 2nd Assault sauce takes things into extreme territory. Opening the bottle for a sniff immediately irritates the airways, and gives some warning as to the heat on offer here. We're approaching the heat level of some of the hotter sauces on the market here. The flavour profile is similar to the Super Hot Sauce, but with a citrus twang to it.This is a set which goes beyond the natural heat of pepper sauce, and is only for those that really want a challenge. Would make a good gift for an experienced chilli lover looking to try something a little crazy. Not the hottest sauces going, but in the same ball park. For those already deep down the rabbit hole, a better gift idea may be something like Extreme Prejudice, or for the truly insane, Hell Unleashed.

I don’t eat hot spicy food, my taste buds just can’t handle it, however my partner and his friends love it, and continually challenge each other with hotter and hotter things.I put these sauces out at a gathering of friends recently so they could spice up their food, and whilst I can’t give you a breakdown of each individual sauces character I can tell you that they went down very favourably with everyone, although some did comment that they found them a bit too hot, and this lot eat hot stuff all the time, so I think that’s a bit of a cautionary advisor.One thing I would say is they don’t say which order of heat they are on the bottle, so there’s no way of knowing until you try them which one’s the hottest.They’re a good buy for anyone who loves hot/spicy food.
