Impossible to return - Unstable, unsafe
Do not buy. This product is impossible to return. You have to work with the seller directly, rather than Amazon. I have spent the last three days messaging them back and forth but haven’t been able to get the right support or answers.We weren’t happy with the product because it feels shaky and unstable. The left seat twists and shakes when you sit down on it.It is also stiff, small, and generally feels cheap. It had high ratings, so we expected more.We disassembled it and packaged it up to return it, and now the seller wants us to reassemble it and take pictures of it. They think we didn’t assemble it right, but it’s not a rocket. Also, the return policy also says that any damage could incur a 20% restocking fee, so if we rip the cheap fake leather taking it out of the boxes again, then we’ll lose even more money.The Ashley sofas felt much higher quality. With taxes and shipping this ended up being over $800. Way too much for this.The brown looks ugly in person as well. Not like it does online.

It comes in 4boxes very easily to get in house and put to gather any ready to use nice

Missing piece to ensamble
The fabric is thin and was not able to connect one seat to the other 2 cause there was a connector missing

Comfortable but low quality
This is an ok couch. Its pretty comfortable, the heat and massager work well. However the faux leather fabric is so cheap it started tearing in 4 months. I would not buy again or recommend. Its so badly torn its a waste of money if I have to replace a couch every 4 months.

It's crap!
The sofa is pulling apart at the seams on the side that no one sits on! I would not recommend! Cheap made and the company offers to sell you a replacement section and that's it! Junk! A waste of our hard earned money!!!!

The worst Quality ever encountered.
It looked great and was really comfortable, but quality is Total garbage, ripped completely apart on several spots after not even 1 year. Need a replacement.
