really better than expected for price
Nice looking, great fit for a corner versus lamps with round bases. There's a small pull chain for on-off.Shelves are sturdy enough for wandering cats. Shade with a 2700K bulk makes for warm lighting (use a 3000K bulb if you want it just a little whiter-brighter). But it's somewhat fiddly to assemble. The design isn't quite as good as a similar lamp I also bought from the local Big Box store, but the build quality is similar and this lamp is *much* cheaper. Notably, I think the shade part of this lamp is much better than the expensive Big Box version.Addressing other reviewers complaints: Assembly is actually easy, but you need a little bit of open space to work on it, and it takes about 30 mins longer than expected. It's not a super sturdy shelving unit, which is fine because it's a lamp, not a shelf. I treat the shelves as more of a design thing than a functional thing. Don't put anything breakable on them if the lamp is somewhere it could be bumped. And then my complaints: The cord clips provided aren't very elegant. The vertical pieces don't line up perfectly, but you'd have to look very closely to see that. The verticals can also get fiddled out of alignment if you have a bored child in the house or if you move the lamp around.Overall, if you're handy or don't mind a fiddly setup, the resulting lamp is quite decent, quite compact, and a good value. I'd buy it again.

So cute!
Not going to lie, i was extremely sceptical when purchasing this due to the massive amount of negative reviews ( and the price ). But it's completly fine!It was very easy to put together, albeit the instructions dont tell you much, but it's very easy to figure out.The box did come very damaged though, and the light bulb included was shattered when i received it. That's not a big deal for me since i have smart lightbulbs for it anyway, but it is a hazard unboxing it with shattered glass all over the box. Definitely watch out for that. But it did not feel cheap (nor did it feel amazing quality), it's pretty sturdy as well. I saw a lot of complaints saying they set a cup and it and it crumbled, i do not have that issue.I made sure to tighten all the screws as much as possible to sustain the lifespan of it + usability. I wouldn't recommend putting anything hefty onto it, i'm just using it for displaying figures and it is perfect for that.I did really appreciate how it comes with clamps for the back to keep the cord against the legs so it looks cleaner!I haven't tried out the light portion of it yet as im still waiting for my lightbulbs to come in lol, but it still gets an A+ from me.I'm glad I took the risk. Is it a little bit pricey for what it really is? Yes. But i don't regret it at all, it's so cute and definitely ties my room together nicely :)

Love this lamp, but..
This lamp is adorable, perfect size for my room, holds all of my things that were on my much larger shelf. The light diffusion is very nice, and the assembly was rather straight forward. HOWEVER- it does wobble some, not enough for me to be concerned or feel like I needed to return it though. One other issue is that, though you don’t notice it until you’re up close, some of the poles wind up screwed in with a lip on the shelf and some wind up poking out over the shelf itself. As well as some of the double sided screws either went way too deep into the socket or not enough. All in all, for the price, I love it! I was even so stoked they added cable clips, so I say go for it, but don’t be surprised when it’s not the most amazing looking thing up close.

great price! WOW
sure, these lamps are a bit wobbly (idk how they'll hold up in an earthquake), but the price is unbeatable! considering i can get 2 for the price of 1 if i bought 1 at my local walmart - c'mon! i don't expect top of the line quality from anything on amazon (nor walmart, truth be told) but i'm very pleased at what i can find when i punch in 'free shipping' low co$t, etc search requirements ;) these lamps completely transform my entire bedroom! (compared to the bright ceiling lights in my lo-inco apt) i can only afford to decorate on a wicked tight budget; i also try to mix 'decor' w/'usable' stuff (i have to) & the shelves are great for my glasses, drops I need to have on hand for recent double eye surgery (retina detachment), eye patches & eye mask, alarm clock, & a book :) (i hope to get a couple lava rocks as decor on bottom shelf + help make it more sturdy ;) ) ... i've been slowly decorating & outfitting my tiny, lo-inco govt apt for months now! if i didnt have amazon + the chase credit card :( i'd be sleeping on a bare floor w/bare walls. i may not always purchase the more pricy stuff i originally add to my wish list, but amazon lets me compare other items to my 'wishes' & searches, so i'm able to find cheaper alternatives :) my apt mngr recently gave me a Q size bed (a neighbor passed, NOT in the bed, everyone claims; RIP Earl) so i've been searching on amazon for cheap yet nice quality sheets (linens will be my next order, when i can swing it) my free govt phone will not allow me to upload pics to my chromebook - otherwise i'd be posting pics like crazy! btw: i'm a real person (you can find me on facebook), i live in HI, USA (& i do support my current potus), i'm not paid or anything for saying any of this (bummer - cuz i'd get amazon to send me a freakin' recliner gratis! LOL) but i've had a few beers and am just soooo excited to see my tiny space coming together & looking really great w/cheaply priced items on amazon! (& the free shipping! seriously, i know my local mailman so well now, i've fed him stew & oranges LOL & noticed today he just got a haircut) ... so are these lamps the be all, end all? NO! but what does anyone expect for the price? i live alone now - no little kids to crash into them, no pets to try & jump on them - they work for me. & neighbors here have come to see my apt, can't believe how i've been able to make it so beautiful via amazon (some are setting up their own amazon accts; some say they're gona copy some of my ideas; several pack rats/hoarders here have decided to clear out their own apts & try to get the 'vibe' (??? LOL) i have going - they all have a new appreciation for amazon, i can tell you :) (& i've offered all of them if they want, to help them redecorate their places w/various ideas i may have for them & what they like) ... anyway, the beer makes me babble! (also my excitement of finally, slowly but surely, seeing my apt come together the way i've been envisioning it) ... take your time putting the lamps together, look at the pics, don't over-tighten anything - just make sure everythings snug; iff you have little kids gona be gunning into them/pulling them over, a drunken other half stumbling into them; pets crashing into/jumping on - spare yourself the hassle & spend at least 5X the amt of these & get yourself something wicked sturdy ;) iff you have a fairly sedate household & want something to go w/ANY decor, useful & decorative - go w/these lamps! i swear, you won't go wrong :*

Excelente producto

Forget complaints, this is solid for the price!
Ok so I know some of these reviews are hating on this lamp... saying it's unevenly painted and made of cheap wood, etc. But like, ok, it's a friggen $60 floor lamp, like what do you expect??Once you get past the expectation that this lamp is not going to be some high luxury centrepiece to your room, it's actually quite a nice lamp.Yes the wood feels pretty cheap, some of the screw holes are uneven and misaligned, and my set was missing a few pieces (the zip ties to tie the cord to the struts, so not important) BUT I once put all together, it actually looked really cute and exactly how I pictured it looking in my house.I probably wouldn't keep this lamp front and centre but for what's it's meant to do and how cheap it is, I couldn't be happier! The uneven screw holes aren't really an issue when you put it all together because the wood shelves sort of pull it all together. You just have to tighten the vertical struts tight so they kind of pull into position. You can see by the pictures that it looks pretty darn good, especially in a space I planned out for it.I dare say this might be best floor lamp you ever buy for $60. Great for storing cute items on the shelves, easy to put together, and gives off very nice light when you use the bulb they recommend.I could knock of a star for how cheaply made it is but I don't think it was ever intended to NOT be cheap. Enjoy this lamp. I do.

Lampara ideal para iluminar con elegancia.
Luce excelente y le da un toque oriental a tu casa. Atención, es de material frágil, solo apto para una casa sin niños o un lugar muy poco transitado. Si lo volvería a comprar.

best floor lamp for the price
For the price what I paid.... it's actually quite a nice lamp!Compare the price, quality to our other two floor lumps I bought, I think it's great lump!I bought the black one, even the wood feels pretty cheap, but I once put all together, it actually looked really nice and exactly how I pictured it looking in my house.I probably wouldn't keep this lamp front and centre but for what's it's meant to do and how cheap it is, I couldn't be happier! The uneven screw holes aren't really an issue when you put it all together because the wood shelves sort of pull it all together. Nice lamp but...
This lamp looks lovely in the corner of the dining room but I only put in a 40 watt bulb because I wanted a soft look in the room. Putting it together was frustrating as the instructions (in print too small for even an ant to read!) were not very precise. I finally figured out that you don't initially screw in the double ended screws until they are tight because that makes them too short for the next shelf to go on top and those additional legs won't tighten into them. It was trial and error but I finally got it right (detailed instructions would have been nice!). Not the most stable unit but if it's on a hardwood floor and you have heavier items on the bottoms shelf, it is workable for sure.
