I got this in advance for next Christmas for my dino-loving son. I know he'll love it, but there are a few things to note - the images portrayed here are inaccurate, as they've photoshopped the dinosaurs into the people's pictures. Not to fret, though, the dinosaurs, while smaller than shown in the images, are decent-sized, like the typical dinosaur figures you can get from any discount or big box store. These are slightly lighter-weight plastic, without that 'rubbery' feel the other dinosaur figures tend to have, but they do feel durable, and I appreciate that they're non-toxic for the younger kids. The little train cars are a nice touch, as is the play mat - those items take up exactly half of the days of the advent, so rest assured you won't be overrun by an overabundance of dinosaur figures, which means they don't really repeat themselves in the type of dinosaur, which is a huge plus. ;) Not sure this is worth the original price point, but at the discounted one, absolutely. I do recommend this for the dinosaur-loving person in your life, a great way to count down the days to Christmas!
