this is a very effective tool to remedy tight, hard-to-reach muscles. price and quality are great. the only problem i had was the shipping took 15 days; 7 days before it left their facility in cali, and 8 to reach kansas city.

Bigger than expected
I don't know why I was expecting a small tool to get to pressure point areas, but I was surprised by how big it was when it arrived. Regardless, this is a great tool to relieve lower back areas. I get pains frequently as I work from home and sit at my desk for long hours so this has been perfect to help relieve the tension and knots that build up in the lower back area above my butt.
