I get the citrus bouquet scent and it smells clean without any strong odors. It’s not oily and it improves my skin texture. I have been buying this for over a year and like this product.

The smooth texture, the hydration, the silky feeling the morning after. I love love love this balm for dry season. I use it on my face and hands and it heals them right up. The light scent is so calming and refreshing as well. If this company ever comes out with a reservatrol and green tea tallow balm I will buy them all.

My skin is extremely sensitive (it reacts to aloe vera!), so I am very cautious with products.We have well water that is hard & live in a typically "dry" climate. I have "combination skin."This oragnic derived tallow face balm is fantastic! I love it. It moisturizes my face without being too "greasy" feeling. Lightly scented with essential oil. Yes, the tallow smell comes through, but it's less "powerful" than the smell of lanolin, so it's not off-putting to me & I think the odor disappears fairly quickly.I've even used the balm on scalp sores just inside my hairline, and it seemed to decrease the inflammation that area and allow my skin to heal a bit.The texture is smooth, not grainy; well-blended. Absorbs quickly.I'm very pleased with this White Sparrow Farmacy tallow balm, and will continue using it so long as I can. I'm happy to support the small business from my home state (I use their tallow lip balm, too!).

My skin has been incredibly soft since using this product; it does not look greasy on the skin and it is lightweight. A little goes a long way when smoothing it on your face and neck. I just started using this and I can already see a difference in the quality of my skin. I also love the scent. I got the citrus bouquet and it’s delightful. I love that it has minimal ingredients.

For some reason I'm unable to message the seller (I think an Amazon issue). This is my first time using tallow. The first time I used this product I was happy with the feel, not strong smelling, and how much it helped my dry skin. However, I stopped using after my second use. The second time I used this product, it felt gritty (like grains of sand), and for some reason it had a much more noticeable smell (only way I can try to describe the smell is like beef grease?), to the point I felt nauseous all day from the smell. I ordered this specific tallow because a friend highly recommended it since she tried a variety of tallows and this one worked so well for her. I don’t know if I just got a bad batch, or if this is a normal thing to encounter when using tallow (again since this is my first time trying tallow).

My skin has never felt and looked so good! I've always been a Clinque 3 step girl. Then I graduated to more expensive skin care products from Lancome. Well, last year I took it down a few notches. I still use a mild creme cleanser from Lancome, but I've paired it with rice water toner and this fabulous tallow balm. No botox needed. My fine lines and wrinkles disappear in this Utah desert. My skin is moisturized and hydrated. The tallow is rich feeling without feeling heavy on my face. It's "greasy" if you tend to use a good amount, but you can use very little...it goes a long ways. During the winter months, I tend to use a larger amount so my Blumene red light tool can glide over my skin easier. After an hour, it's all absorbed in my skin and I could apply makeup at that point.
